In order to make the return following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, must send an email to ve@imreef.com, inserting the number in the subject of the email order and the products to be returned, specifying that the right of withdrawal has been exercised and also inserting an explanation message, in order to allow us to always improve.
As soon as the request is received, customer service will support the buyer by indicating the procedures to be followed, which are however fully described below, in this section. The Product must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and with all its accessories, within 14 days of communication from customer service.
